In these Terms and Conditions the terms "out", "we", and "us" refer to Vetinformatics.com.
"You", and "your" refers to the practice, practice clients, practice patients, or
any and all practice personnel.
Ammendments to terms and conditions
We may amend the terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore your continued
use of the website after the amendments constitutes your agreement to follow the
new amendments. Consequently, you should refer back to this page from time to time.
Disclaimer
If you incur any loss or damage whether through negligence or otherwise by using
this website or any other linked websites, you agree that we do not accept responsibility
for any of your losses. This loss or damage includes damages caused by viruses or
other types of interferences. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss arising
out of your use of or reliance of information contained on or accessed through this
web site or by using the website itself. To the extent permitted by law, any condition

at Vetinformatics.com may occasionally access your records concerning your clients
and their pets. This information is used so that we may provide the service along
with other services that your practice authorizes. Access to the data in the Vetinformatics.com
is on a need to know basis therefore not all personnel may be able to view the data.
In addition, we have data security protocols and safeguards in place so to prevent
unauthorized users from accessing it.
Vetinformatics.com will study the aggregated information entered and may send this
information to third parties. All identifying personal information about the clinic,
client, and client’s pet is removed prior to sending the aggregated data to any
third party. Therefore, the third parties never see any data that would directly
identify your practice, your clients, or your clients pets.
Your practice should therefore give a notice to your clients regarding the disclosure
and/or use of individual information to comply with any/all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations.
